Jillinda has been a member of Lucy Cavendish College since 1975, and a Fellow since 1980. She is a Supervisor in Roman / Civil law 1975 - present. She was the Director of Studies in law from 1975 - 1990 and is currently the acting DoS. Jillinda has been a member of the Cambridge University Law Faculty since 1975, she was also a one-time part-time lecturer in Land Economy and on infant MBA for several years.
Jillinda is also a Tutor and examiner for the Madingley Hall Post-graduate Notarial Practice Diploma. Additionally from 1975 - 2004 she was a full-time lecturer in Law at Anglia Ruskin University where she is now the Principal Lecturer and the Director of the International Business Law LLM, as well as the Erasmus co-ordinator.
As well as being a member of Lucy Cavendish College's Governing Body, she is also the secretary of the Constitution Committee. For 10 years Jillinda was also the College Steward with responsibility for arranging Formal Halls and meeting and receiving guests.
Jillinda's interest is principally in teaching Law to non-standard lawyers (e.g. the MBA, MA in Arts Administration and Business students in addition to her first passion - Roman Law.
