Throughout the year the Alumnae Association organises a number of events for alumnae and their guests. Recent events include an exclusive backstage tour of The Mousetrap, a guided tour of The Houses of Parliament, and a visit to the V&A. Events are advertised on the College events page and in the termly newsletter Nautilus. Make sure we have your current email address so you can find out first about these exciting events.

There are also a number of other events for alumnae which take place in College. Pre-Formal Hall talks take place on Thursday evenings in term time (check the events pages for details) and are a great way to stimulate the mind by hearing from some great speakers. Recent talks include sporting legend and Honorary Fellow Martina Navratilova, Labour party politician Tessa Jowell, former leader of Liberty Shami Chakrabarti and writer Ali Smith.

During the last weekend of September Cambridge comes alive as the University welcomes back its alumni for the annual Alumni Festival. The College is delighted to welcome back many of its alumnae for this special weekend and encourages everyone to book for the reunion dinner and attend the Lucy Cavendish College Alumnae Association AGM where you can find out more about the work of the committee. Alumnae Weekend is a great opportunity to meet up with old friends, take a tour down memory lane and reconnect yourself with the College community.

The College also welcomes back its alumnae to the annual Garden Party held in June featuring music and entertainment for all ages. Also the College Christmas carol concert held in December is a lovely way to get in the festive spirit.
