Student views count at Lucy Cavendish, and the Students' Union (SU) is an essential part of College life. The SU oversees the vibrant 'Lucy Ents' scene, arranging a variety of events ranging from film and pizza evenings, club nights, and historic walks, to 'pet-a-puppy' sessions to relieve examination stress.

The SU is also responsible for running the College Bar, keeping the Common Room supplied with tea, coffee and newspapers, and supporting the College's different clubs and societies. There is also a student newspaper, The Cavendish Chronicle, and a student choir.

The SU ensures that both undergraduates and postgraduate interests are represented in organisational decision-making, and offers a vital support network for current students. We are active in Access and Widening Participation initiatives and work with Cambridge University Students' Union on the annual Shadowing Scheme

Current and prospective students can find out more on the Lucy Cavendish College Students' Union website, including contact details for the current Committee members.

Please contact the SU by e-mail if you require any further information.
