Conference and Meeting Packages 2012-2013

Please find below our list of what is available on our standard packages, with differing rates for either day or residential conferences. We have endeavoured to make these packages as easy as possible for you, but please do not hesitate to contact us if you would like to discuss additions to these packages, e.g. cakes or scones & cream with afternoon tea.

Non-Residential Conferences

Day Delegate Rate - Buffet Lunch (8 hour)
Includes:

- Mid-morning coffee
- Buffet-style lunch
- Afternoon tea
- Hire of a meeting room, including screen, flipchart and whiteboard

£32.50 per delegate per day + VAT and service charges (5%)

Day Delegate Rate - Sandwich Lunch (8 hour)
Includes:

- Mid-morning coffee
- Sandwich lunch (sandwiches, savoury snacks, fruit bowl, orange juice, tea/coffee)
- Afternoon tea
- Hire of a meeting room, includeing screen, flipchart and whiteboard

£24.80 per delegate per day + VAT and service charge (5%)

Additional Registration Coffee / Tea with Biscuits on arrival - £2.80

Residential Conferences

Fully-inclusive Residential Delegate Rate (24-hour)
Includes:

- Accommodation in single study / bedroom
- Continental breakfast
- Lunch
- Three-course dinner (waitress-served)
- Morning coffee and afternoon tea
- Hire of a meeting room, including screen, flipchart and whiteboard

£99.75 per delegate per day + VAT and service charges (5%)

Half-Board - Dinner - Residential Delegate Rate (24-hour)
Includes:

- Accommodation in single study / bedroom
- Continental breakfast
- Three-course dinner (waitress-served)
- Hire of a meeting room includeing screen, flipchart and whiteboard

£88.20 per delegate per day + VAT and service charges (5%)

Half-Board - Lunch - Residential Delegate Rate (24-hour)
Includes:

- Accommodation in single study / bedroom
- Continental breakfast
- Lunch
- Morning coffee and afternoon tea
- Hire of a meeting room, including screen, flipchart and whiteboard

£77.50 per delegate per day + VAT and service charges (5%)

Bed & Full English Breakfast
Includes:

- Accommodation in single study / bedroom
- Full English Breakfast (must be booked at least 5 days in advance, minimum booking: 16 people)

£65.00 per delegate per day + VAT and service charges (5%)

Bed & Continental Breakfast
Includes:

- Accommodation in single study / bedroom
- Continental breakfast

£56.70 per delegate per day + VAT and service charges (5%)

Additional meeting rooms / conference facilities are available and charged at the daily room hire rate. Please contact us for a quote.
