Lucy Cavendish College – part of the University of Cambridge – is seeking a woman* who will make a significant difference to the lives and academic achievements of its students: a new Senior Tutor (Academic Director) and Fellow.
This is a unique opportunity to join a College renowned for its diverse intellectual community of women aged 21 and over. The successful applicant will join a friendly and welcoming community, becoming one of 34 Fellows at the College.
With ambitious plans afoot to further strengthen the College’s academic record, the new Senior Tutor will be pivotal in driving change and helping students to achieve their full potential.
The post requires a dynamic, creative and strategic thinker who will enjoy a hands-on role that encompasses responsibility for all aspects of student life, as well as all tutorial, welfare, teaching, admissions and library functions. With 350 students in the College, there will certainly be variety and reward in abundance.
