Dr. Suzanne Doyle-Morris (1999) completed her PhD looking at the experiences of women the male dominated field of engineering, in an effort to pick out success factors.

In her talk, she will look at some of the key success strategies for the professional women she now coaches and the companies that want to retain them, as well as her recent book "Beyond the Boys' Club: Strategies for Achieving Career Success as a Woman Working in a Male Dominated Field".

Since setting up her consultancy, Suzanne Doyle-Morris has worked with women at Microsoft, Cisco, UBS, Barclays Wealth, Deloitte, BP, Hewlett
Packard, University of Cambridge, Trinity College Dublin, Clifford Chance, O2, Sanger/Wellcome Trust and Coca Cola Hellenic and she has been featured in the Sunday Times, Sunday Telegraph, Mail on Sunday and Cosmopolitan magazine.

She will be signing copies of "Beyond the Boys' Club" at a specially discounted price, on the night.
