In order to plan for the next academic year we need to know whether or not you wish to be considered for accommodation for 2011 - 2012.
Eligible students will have received a room ballot form by email and the tear-off slip MUST be returned to the Domestic Bursar’s office by MONDAY 7th MARCH 2010.
Please note that only students who have met all their conditions with the Board of Graduate Studies for the year 2011-2012 may partake in the Room Ballot.
If you have not returned your slip by 5pm on Monday 7th March 2011, the College will automatically assume that you do not wish to be considered for College accommodation next year.
Room Allocation by Ballot will take place on Tuesday 15th March 2010 between 5.00pm to 6.00pm at the Domestic Bursar’s Office. Details of your allocated time will be sent out to you by letter (via your pigeonhole) by Friday 11th March 2011.
A guide to how the Room Ballot works can be found here.
