ADMISSIONS CLINIC 30 JANUARY 2019

Our Admissions Clinics, held throughout the year, give potential female applicants, who will be 21+ at their proposed date of entry to Cambridge, an opportunity to meet our Admissions team informally and learn more about the entrance requirements for Cambridge and how to make a strong application. Our next Admissions Clinic is on Wednesday, 30 January.  Book your place here.

GRADUATE COURSE IN MEDICINE OPEN MORNING

Lucy Cavendish, Hughes Hall, St Edmunds, and Wolfson Colleges hold a joint admissions event for the Cambridge Graduate Courses in Medicine in late summer. Admissions teams from all four Colleges are available to give information and advice to potential applicants for the A101 course at Cambridge.  Places can be booked here from early summer.

MATHS OPEN DAY

To coincide with the second of the Cambridge Maths Open Days, usually on the first weekend of May, our Director of Studies for Maths is available to meet potential female, age 21+, applicants at Lucy Cavendish and host them for brunch in our dining hall, before heading to the Maths faculty for the programme of events in the afternoon.  If you are coming to Lucy Cavendish for this event we strongly recommend booking a place at the Maths faculty event when bookings open here.  Bookings for the morning session and brunch at Lucy Cavendish open in March.

ANNUAL OPEN MORNING

Our annual open morning is timed to coincide with the Cambridge Open Days in July, and gives women thinking about a future undergraduate application to Cambridge as a 21+ candidate an opportunity to meet our Admissions team and specialists in selected subjects, and learn more about entrance requirements and how to make an application.  Bookings open here in March, and if you are coming to Cambridge for our open morning we recommend you also book a place on one of the Cambridge Open Days, as the two events complement each other.

CAMBRIDGE POSTGRAD OPEN DAY

The Cambridge Postgrad Open Day takes place annually in November and Lucy Cavendish welcomes potential postgrads as part of the event.  Information about this University-wide event can be found here.  Bookings for College and University activities as part of the Postgrad Open Day open late summer.

OFFER-HOLDERS & OTHER EVENTS

Offer-holders are invited to a student-led event in late April.

The University runs a number of other events that may be of relevance to prospective applicants, some of which are hosted at Lucy Cavendish. These are listed on Cambridge's Mature Students web pages.

Lucy Cavendish also participates in the Cambridge University Student Union Shadowing Scheme.

If you have any questions about our events please contact our Admissions Office.
