Frequently Asked Questions:

Can I book a room at Lucy Cavendish College?
Yes. College accommodation can be booked separately online at or by calling Katie McNally on +44(0)1223 332195. Please use the promotion code alumni to receive a special alumna discount. Please note that accommodation is limited and available on a first come first served basis. If no rooms remain at Lucy Cavendish, we would recommend accommodation at Westminster College, just across the road from Lucy.

I am a College member but not an alumna - can I come too?
Definitely! All Alumni Festival events at Lucy Cavendish College are open to the entire College Community, and we hope as many members as possible will be able to make it. All College members should book using the 'Book now' button above. College members with dining allowance (e.g. Fellows and Emeritus Fellows) who wish to attend Alumnae Dinner should enter £0.00 as the total payment on the booking form - we will then deduct the booking cost from your dining allowance.

Are Alumni Festival 2018 events taking place elsewhere across the University?
Yes. Exciting events are taking place across the University as part of this year's Alumni Festival, from Friday 21 to Sunday 23 September. Take a look at the official Festival website for more information and to book.

There is a problem with my booking - whom should I contact?
Please get in touch with Tom Hawker-Dawson by email or telephone (+44(0)1223 339241) who will be delighted to help.
